It is great game. I really like that you change the environment (day to night) when the game comes into another phase. Additionally, the game is very funny, like the personality of the sheep, the flying animation after the boss is kicked. Your game creates an funny and absurd atmosphere to the player. One suggestion I want to propose is that the sheep bridge can be more chaotic, which I believe creates dynamic and consistent experience.

You made a lot of works designing the models and it looks quite good. One of my concern is that your puzzles can be designed more intuitive and there should be more instructions about the interaction. For example, I didn't realize that the white piece of the chess board can be interacted because there is no visual instruction. Another example, the text "Door Locked" is too small. I think your game will be much better if you have more time.
I really like the environment in this game. It is simple but you cleverly use different color to create a clean and well-looking space. For the structure of the space in the rooms, I think it can be less parallel. Sometimes I will forget which room I have explored because they are all surrounded the center space.
It is fun to see a walking sim with pixels style, and the character's are cute. One of my concern is that I'm not sure whether it is appropriate to add the sword and the shield because they don't play a very strong role in the game. What's more, you can add some animation of the changes of the objects. For example, as the player opens a door, let it have a process.
I really like how you create a strange atmosphere at the first phase. The patient who suddenly appears and the eye balls really help that.
The problem I think is that different phases of your game are a little bit inconsistent. The name of your game is "All Eyes On Me". Personally, I think it will be better you emphasizes your core idea more in the parts after the player gets out of the initial room, especially in the key-searching phase.
