Nice! I was really caught off guard getting attacked right away lol (but I see in your comments that was by design). If you fix the camera, so it's facing the enemy, and have the enemy run a little before being able to hit you, that might help the player know that they are going to be getting attacked. Also, getting better controls for the Orbit Camera would help a ton too! I felt really OP towards the end lol. Great work though! I enjoyed playing it!

Developer

Thanks, yeh I just used the Cinemachine follow camera as per the RPG course but have it on my ToDo list to get good at the Orbit Camera now. When I was researching how to fix the camera it seemed like using the Orbit one is best practice.

I really wanted people to feel powerful at the end, especially if they found the fireball weapon (that noone has mentioned yet - hint :) )

It was a very nice experience once I got the hang of the game :)

The start took me some time getting used to, since I couldn't see the enemy. I'd also suggest using A/D keys for camera control to prevent it being dragged underground, which looks a bit trippy.

Developer

Will definitely look into using the A/D, thanks

You took on a lot with this game! Very impressed with how much you did. The main things I would change would be the camera as it's hard to control (check out Cinemachine for Unity), and maybe starting the player in a safer spot lol. Otherwise it was a great effort, particularly nice looking.

Developer

Yeh that camera had me swearing often. I loved having the right mouse click but I need to know a lot more about cinemachine.

Starting the player being shot was meant to be memorable ;)

Unique style in this game, I really appreciated it while playing, I found myself going around just seeing the ambientation! :)

Well done

Thanks, I have an engineering background and creating interesting terrains is really becoming a favourite task.

I liked the game, although it being quite hard. Gave a good challenge, even though I wasn't able to get through all the enemies, one of them is almost impossible to kill (or then I just didn't figure how to kill him).

I enjoyed that you had different weapons and getting the trophy filled your health, you could strategically fight and in the midst of it pick up a trophy :D

Overall great game made in a month!

Thank you.
I wont give hints yet :)
