Fun little platformer,
It took me awhile to figure out it uses arrow keys as you have implemented A/D to move but not W for jump. got there in the end though and enjoyed your game, good job
Rod Gudge, thanks for playing my game I will definitely add the W in the future
Great game! However I suggest adding a main menu or retry button because dying to restart isn't always ideal. Also maybe have the jump be the space key and shoot be the mouse click but its up to you.
Imated, thanks for the feedback next time I will sure add that and a menu where you can change the inputs
boy-oh-boy! i was really hoping for that "true ending" but afraid it wouldn't show up. and then it did *sniff* thank you so much! *tearyeyes*
my second proudest pacifist run after deus ex;-)
Kindman, thanks for your kind words it means me a lot, thanks (≧▽≦)
The game felt really smooth to play, I would agree with some of the other comments that the character and background artstyle were a tiny bit incosistent, but it didn't really seem to bother me. I thought that your level progression was also really well structured (difficulty slowly increased). Overall, a really well made game.
Codebear(cool name btw), thanks for playing my game your game was awesome too (◕‿◕)

Good work and more on theme than mine for sure, controls were a little difficult though I probably would have used space for jump and a different key for fire
Thank you for playing the game, I thought I could add a menu where you could change it but I didn't have time in my next game I will sure do that thanks (^o^)
The animation on the main character are quite nice!
The blink on the ghosts were a nice touch.
The art style was a bit inconsistent but the level design more than made up for it.
The music was quite repetitive at the beginning but then I started to tune it out and it added to the atmosphere actually.
Ah...
Well played on the ending... ahah.
...
The second play though added a really nice amount of depth.
I'm glad "I surprised you." :p
Thanks for sharing!
Ryared, thanks for your feed back I am still new to game design but I hope the music made up for it :)
I played your game and I loved your art style and the story was so perfect, it's all connected!
And I loved that you could decide if the souls are worthy or not it made me think hard.
Good Job!
Great little platformer you have here. I love the simple art, its pleasing to look at. My feedback would be to perhaps also add the w key as jump along with the up arrow? A/D allowed me to move so I was confused why I couldn't also jump. Great work!
Thanks for the positive feedback I figured it out myself but couldn't get it to work before the deadline I hope it's ok.
I also played your game and it was awesome I really like the idea of beeing a clone of a pilot that died long ago.
