I thought the gameplay was great! I really liked the story too. The idea of adding upgrades like the turret was fun.

Suggestions: The mech is a little OP, I could stand near the flower with some turrets and spam and theres no chance a chip would touch it. I played till wave 9, but the waves were a little slow for me. Perhaps making the chips fight back would help with this. Second, just adding some background music or something is also a good way to spice up a game.

Overall I thought this was a really great submission!

Thank you so much for the feedback I really appreciate it.

yah sorry, thank you for the feedback, next time I will definitely think about the difficulty more.

cool!

I made something really similar! I took a bit more of an aim trainer approach, but I like the strategy and target prioritisation that comes from popping the bubbles before they merge. I had no trouble understanding the game immdiately, which is great. The music was nice and relaxing too. If I had to make a suggestion, I would look at potentially adding a difficulty increase as the game progresses, it's a tiny bit easy. Second, polish like particle effects etc. always make a game pop. Great job!

I think the game fits the theme really well, there are a few bugs with growth and being able to go off screen, but it doesn't really impact the core gameplay if one plays as there expected to. The games visuals are a little static, potentially animating either the fish or background / parallax effect would look really good. Overall, I feel the game was just missing a bit of aesthetic polish. Aside from that, it was an enjoyable experience just kinda eating fish. Great job!

As someone who's only really ever created games using engines this was really cool to see. Even though the prototype isn't finished -- you can't lose -- I enjoyed watching the snake sliver. Nice visuals!

I think the visuals, as everyone's mentioned, are definitely this games strong point. I was confused a little when playing, I read the description but didn't really understand what I was doing, I found myself aimlessly clicking at circles around the planet. I definitely think that there should be a more explicit goal -- discovering all the planets before a timer goes out, a limited fuel, optimal paths to explore every planet etc. just some ideas. Aside from that, it feels like a really polished game.

weird... thank you!

No worries! It was a fun game :)

Hi, sorry I assumed that because I did a Windows, Mac & Linux build on unity that it would be open to everything. Is it not?

Thank you! Yeah I come from FPS games so I can see how it may be a little too fast.

This was a super interesting take on the theme! Really creative and a nice twist to a normal 2D platformer. I enjoyed the music, I thought it fit the game nicely. The only comment I have for improvement is the colors of the visuals. The weight block looks like it's a bit of a different art style and there isn't a super coherent color scheme. Aside from that, I enjoyed playing the game and thought the UI was also really well done!

I had a lot of fun moving around in the most optimal ways to kill the bad guys with my ghosts. Really fun game! Of course, the only thing the gameplay is missing is a bit of game feel. Particle effecfts, sound, camera shake if you bump into an enemy etc. are all good adds :).  Otherwise, it was a short enjoyable experience.

Ah yesss! The pipe shouldn't be touched. Thank you for trying out my game!

Hi! Were you by chance hitting the pipe? Someone else was experiencing this because they thought the pipe was a platform. The first jump can only be done with a dash (L-Shift) and that has a 1.5s cooldown. Thanks for trying my game!

Wow I really appreciate your time and feedback. Thank you so much for everything I will most definitely take another look. I think you're completely right about the Time.deltaTime for the dash. Thank you!! Also, your game was awesome.

The game felt really smooth to play, I would agree with some of the other comments that the character and background artstyle were a tiny bit incosistent, but it didn't really seem to bother me. I thought that your level progression was also really well structured (difficulty slowly increased). Overall, a really well made game.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback!!

I'll be fixing the dash :)

Ahh the gravestone! That was it. The animations, score, and game ran smoothly. I was just on the wrong side.

Wow the sound music and overall feel of this game is incredible. It's inspiring for me as a completely new developer to see what other can achieve in 10 days. The only feedback I'd have is sometimes I would dig and nothing would happen, I wasn't too sure what the purpose was. Other than that, this was really really good.

Hi Sorokan,

I am so sorry about that! It's never happened in my play testing. You're sure you didn't hit the pipe?

I really appreciate the positive remark on the cover :)
