Interesting game. For the first time i was kinda confused with that flipped image and controls. But of course it is a mirror. Really nice touch. Will keep a eye on that game. Gj with a character. nice feet  :)

Developer(+1)

lol thanks - the feet was an accident actually - in a hurry after a hard drive crash, i had to redirect standard animations from the sidescroller character to my own character --- and thus funky feet-- but in a way , i like it too lol

pretty cool mirror concept. polish it bit more and it will be even more enjoyable!

thanks, my major forte is actually graphic design so I had to rely on a team member for some help on aspects. (I developed the characters etc, they helped me with the problematic blueprints I didn't know yet lol)

Good mirror mechanic!

I see you tried retargeting in Unreal.  I had the same problem with the feet and hands.  It is not an easy thing to do.

Good work!

Yes unfortunately, if you noticed the note at the front, 4 day's in I lost almost everything I had going due to a hard drive failure. Luckily my two main characters were stored in the cloud as well, however with time constraints, I chose to retarget vs recoding everyting all over again. (I haven't got retargetting down very well yet)  ..  TY for your feedback!  :)    Also, I will be posting free assets on here in the future (have one up already) if you ever want to grab, help yourself. (My larger forte is creating assets ahead of programming)

ughhh lol interesting its built with unreal --

Just curious, you did extract the folder and not run the game within the zip -  unreal doesn't like that very much (some people i know trying the game had problems running it inside the zip)

I did extract it into a folder and run it inside the folder.

Developer

ok, ty for the info, ill see if others have the same problem. I had my son download it, thankfully it ran ok for him. :)

Animated characters are all my design I created at beginning of jam using Reallusion character creator with  headshot plugin.
