Amazing Submission.
The AI and Art and Music was super amazing.
The back button doesn't work when you go into the character information panel.
All the best.

Don't forget to play my game as well.

The game has nice graphics and audio, it has a great story to it. However, there are a few issues to it(in my opinion)

The text in story mode is very hard to read which discourages people to read the story plot of it. The game is also a little hard to beat as the attack types and stuff are not properly introduced to the people in the game. The differing backgrounds and character types seem pretty good too.

When I looked at the game though, it seems like its also submitted to a few other game jams? So um I have some doubts as to whether its made in the time limit. The game also has almost no relation to the theme of 2020. (feels like a spam jam game)

Though the game is well polished and looking amazing, it has potential to be an actual game, but not of much relation to this jam.

I thought this was a fun and really well done game overall. The 8-bit graphics were colorful and fantastic, especially the scenes between fights! I thought the music was great too and fit the theme extremely well, wish there was more of it! Being able to choose different skins was a cool addition (although the vertical one seems too tiny). As for criticisms: very minor, but the scrolling text moves a bit too fast for me, would be nice to slow it down a little or let the player set the speed. For the fighting itself I think it could use a  better balance/variety between birds. It feels like every bird has the same 2 moves and the only difference is their attack speed, jump height and  HP. Different attack moves would really make them stand out as different fighters. Right now it feels a bit unbalanced, for example Goose is sort of OP, and I can win most of the time just by button mashing. On the other hand playing as Chicken it feels almost impossible to win (even against Chicken!). Overall though I think it's a fantastic  fun and silly fighting game. Could definitely use a block/counter though!
