Interesting game! I actually only got to the tree boss as I suck at games. (How ironic seeing that im a game developer :D ) Anyways I could tell the approach you were going for (somewhat i think) If im guessing correctly, the game is about going thru 2020's past events, like the burning tree as wildfires. Im guessing there are more later in for the virus outbreak and for other events. (Or it could be that I over analysed it :P)

Okay so some feedback I have is that I like the cute graphics and the sound effects in the game. There are some collider issues for me at the staircase after entering the boss room for the tree and it was hard for me to manuever the character through that part. The difficulty of the game could be better balanced too. (Maybe an easier level at the start)

Other than that, I think it seems like a great game. Keep up the great work!

Developer

you guessed rigth haha,  unfortunately Im really bad at making easy games, most of the time I ask for some fruends to play test so I can balance it, this one I didnt have the time :c The ideia also was to be a little bigger game, with enough bosses so you could choose the first ones, but well I also suck at predicting the time I would need to build the game, either way I really apreciatw your feedback, thank you

Ah nice. I'm quite bad at this kinda balancing stuff too so I understand hahaha

Wow this game really surprised me. Let me start off by saying it is HARD, but I did beat it. Oddly enough I actually found the skull to be a lot easier than the tree once I figured out what I needed to do to beat it. The visual style is pretty interesting, and the axe throwing/callback is a cool twist on the genre. I only wish you would have added a section or two with some more minor enemies to help get a feel for how to use your abilities. Cool game!

Developer

I really apreciate your feedback, well I spent a lot more time on the tree, the original idea was to be 4 bosses and the skull really need some tweak haha. Thank you for playing :)

Hi, I've played your game, there is a couple of bugs I encountered especially when you dash against the wall you'll get stuck, but overall a fun experience playing your game! The only criticism is when you have to kill the tree to get the sapling, maybe you should add a state when the tree is about to charge so the player can anticipate the tree's charge attack.

Developer

The ideia was to tweak the fire particles so it would be clear that it was charging and add some sound feedback to it, but I ran out of time :c I may add some more graphic feed too haha :) Thank you for playing
