My favorite part was the big boot chasing you around, and when I got it stumping on the well.

Fun idea, and running around as a paint can was a great way to represent it :D

Developer

It's nice to hear this from the host  :D  :)

really interesting concept  the art was really good as well. I take it the boot doesn't do anything but chase you around I let it stomp on me on my 4th play to see what it would do but it just landed on top of me and stayed there.

Great job for this game jam.

Developer

It steals all the paint you have in the can.  It IS an evil boot :D

ah never noticed that lol good to know that evil evil boot. Unless you messed up the colour then its a good boot.

It's funny the first 2 games I picked randomly were made by my fellow countrymen.

Even though I didn't feel like the color in the well looked like the target color, I nailed 4 out of 5 tries.

I especially got confused a lot when I had a darker color. How do I make a color darker, put less paint? Does it work like RGB values but with CMY?

Anyways, I still had my share of fun. Thanks for the game. <3

The accuracy system doesn't work perfectly, we're aware of it. I hope that we will be able to fix it in the future. For a darker tone, you need to add more paint. If you add up one can of each CMY color (which is impossible due to time limit) you get the black color. Thank you for your comment and I'm glad that you enjoyed it.

Its a little downhearted after getting close to similar color and still getting low accuracy. It would be better to increase the tolerance level, because I can mix the color but I can't achieve that perfect value. But the game does looks funny and I like that. Good job by the way.

Developer

Yeah, we had some problems with calculating the accuracy. We might do something about it in the future.

Great concept but the colours don't always seem to add up.

Developer

Really? I never had that problem while testing. Maybe you don't add enough amount of paint? I'll check that asap.

when I made green a few times, it kept giving me 0% colour match even though it seemed only slightly off from the wanted colour. Other colours seemed fine though :)

Developer

Yeah, we have some problems with the accuracy system. We're going to try to fix it in the future :)

Takes much too long to fill the bucket and then the boot STAMPS me empty.  Has LOTS of potential.  Very original.

Developer

Thank you so much for the comment. Yeah, it takes a bit long to fill. But I think the challenge wouldn't be sufficient if it was short :) Still, maybe we can change the fill time in the future.

I will never look at boots the same way again. Good work  :)

The boot is surprisingly terrifying.
