If our game isn't done, should we submit it to the jam anyway?

Our game probably isn't gonna be finished by the deadline, but we would like to show off what we've created so far! Would submitting an unfinished game be against the spirit of the jam or would that be okay?

Submitting an unfinished game is still allowed and encouraged.

I think yes , we had that too. And I'm so proud of our team. So keep it up. Maybe finish after the game jam ;)

Yes! If it doesn't run, upload screenshots and video to show the things you've created. It's always good to be proud of what you've accomplished - and you can always come back and finish it after the rating period.

My game was intended to be a full experience and ended up becoming a demo 馃檭 I think the important thing is getting something cool out there for people to have fun with. Jank comes with the game jam territory.
