Nice Game! It's quite slow paced but I guess that's very fitting for the style, I Like how you've done the ships as squares, really helps with the Hitboxes being quite accurate! And love the 2D dude I wanted to spend more time on just cause of how cool it was to see the 2D dude on the 3D background, gave me paper Mario vibes!
Thank you for your feedback! I love Paper Mario and the aesthetic of mixing simple 3d geometry with thin 2d sprites. Glad achieving that aesthetic is now something that's possible and done pretty easily in GDevelop :)
If I ever update this game idea in the future I'll definitely speed up the game a bit. Outside of the jam the biggest criticism I got definitely has been the boat acceleration. That's just a variable, so an easy fix in the future!
Well made! Enjoyed the graphics, music and cool concept. I wish I could speed up the boat (hah), but perhaps that wouldn't fit the relaxing vibe of the game. Also nice job on the compass directions.
This game is fantastic, super fun to play and looks great. One of my favourite so far!
So well done and so complete! Really happy to get to the end and to feel an increasing difficulty! And the shop as well!
It was fun that you could dig up sand even if off the x mark. I also liked that you don’t always dig up loot as well as the loot disappearing if its not retrieved fast enough. Great submission!
Really well done game.
Enjoyable little adventures, multiple levels with increasing difficulty, and a cute peg leg pirate <3
Great job.
It's so good I wish I could save my game so I could come back later and finish it.
Fun game! I really liked the presentation of the levels and the combat was varied and fun. Well done!
