The music fits the game and the pixel art graphisms look good. The sound effects are satisfaying and you need to rush to survive. There is different types of ennemies. It's a very good game overall, good luck for the few hours left of the jam.

Could you check my game by the way ?

Good use of the art assets! I liked the mega man mighty #9-ish feel to the game. Impressive that you got this all put together for the jam!

thank you so much! <333

I liked the character, and I'm pretty sure I've played something like that hahaha. Mighty #9 maybe?

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much haha, ansimuz made the character and artpack I used for the game. Funny that you mentioned Mighty #9 haha, the game mechanics were super inspired by that game hahaha

I love the art and great game <3

Developer

Very visually striking, and an interesting concept and use of theme.

If I were to remake it I'd want the jump and attacks buttons controllable with different hands. Under panic it got too confusing for my left hand to do jumping and shooting and separating.

What do you call the graphical style? Isometric? What are your inspirations? I haven't played a game like this in a while. :)

Check out my entry for a more puzzle oriented kind of action game :D

Thank you very much for the kind words and feedback :DDD, I can't take credit for the visuals haha, the game used the Warped City art packs by ansimuz! I guess that the style is slightly isometric with the way that the ground is tilted at an angle for the character to plant their feet on it. Thanks again for the comment!

Cool visuals and sound! Fun but couldn't complete levels in time.

Developer

Thank you very much for the kind words!!!

I couldn't complete the tutorial on PC because X button wouldn't charge shot, unless I was missing something. Also if you say no to living in the tutorial the game essentially soft locks.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! Weird that the 'X' key didn't charge though...how long were you holding it down for?

Submitted

I believe I help it down for about 2 seconds? It probably didn't help that there doesn't seem to be any visual or audio player feedback when charging.

Developer

Ahh alright I see, that's not how it's intended to function so it's probably a bug on my side haha, thanks again for the feedback!
