I was just about to write comment about how I wish I didn't have to use the mouse, and then I saw your comment below! Honestly I really enjoyed playing through this, and was glad the penalty for death wasn't high. It was nice to just be able to instantly get back into playing and try again.

Nice implementation. I wish I din't have to control with the mouse, better be a keyboard key.

I just realized I forgot to put in the tutorial that you can use Q and E aswell. Sorry 😅

Can I pass the first level?

Developer

You have to split mid air over the lava

There's some bug when separating and the hitbox to the wall. But overall, it's a good game.

It works well, the music complements it quite well and not everyone at the Jam has that, congratulations.

Epic minimalist and atmospheric game ya got there 🎮! The level design is awesome and the separation mechanic is pretty cool.

Tho, I feel that the lack of "reset" after death makes the ending abit tooooo easy

It was still a wonderful experience overall 🤗.

Gives me Limbo vibes...but with colorful backgrounds.

Challenged myself trying to solve the first level.

Maybe hard for novice players.

Love these minimal, atmospheric games. Cool level design and the separation mechanic is well-done once you get the hang of it. The fact that things don't "reset" after death makes the ending a bit too straightforward (I died a lot but slowly made progress) IMO, but still a really nice experience overall.
