Good job on this! I think it's funny that the scariest thing is your voice when the kid you're playing as starts to yell. I like that the toys are pretty spread out which means the player has to explore a ton to find them. I also like that lights turn off automatically after a certain amount of time, which means you can't just clear a room permanently. If you wanted to push this further, I think you could do a couple of things. You could adjust the lighting (its tough to tell when you're in the dark and when the lights are on. You could add a UI element to show how scared the player is (tough to tell when you're about to lose as is), and for the art you could try to implement a color palette for more cohesion between different asset. Nice job on this!
The textures looked cool, and the layout was big (especially compared to what I was able to put together). I got some flickering textures, especially on the floor textures.
I wasn’t able to pick up the toys, and couldn’t tell if I was in the dark or not? I tried staying close to the bed or close to lamps, but it didn’t seem to matter.
i dont think i could pick up the toys? or i just didnt know the controls. cool graphics though =)
