Good start! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the Giant ROM 3 games, if you’d like to take a look. :)
Damn, I ran all the way to that imposing figure in the distance, hoping I'd get some clue of what it is, but the mystery must remain. Not a lot to do, but the figure piqued my interest and the lighting effects were pretty cool.
Making games IS hard!
I didn't finish it, so it's just those objects and the mechanics... Not really a game and very far from what I had envisioned. Making games is hard! Going to keep working on it though. Thanks for playing and commenting!
I updated it so that now any controller will work and even keyboard if that's your thing.
Looks pretty incredible, for 8 days of work I have to say job well done.
Not entirely sure if there is a goal though, seems like all there is to do is run around and push stuff? The climbing also seemed to not work I would frequently get stick in the climbing animation at the top.
Game works now, and looks pretty neat. For the life of me, I cannot figure out what it is exactly I'm supposed to be doing in this game? I pushed the block around, rode the elevator, climbed blocks, ran at the giant dude, jumped off the end of the world... Nothing seemed to be what I was supposed to do? Unless it's supposed to just be a exploration thing?
@MiniChimera Yeah I had that listed on the main submission page but it doesn't show up here.
Only 360/xbone controller supported for now.
Tried using the PS4 joystick and the camera spins nonstop, so I'm unable to play. A shame because it looks pretty cool!
@joystickhero
Thanks for letting me know, probably should have tested it. It should work now.
Couldn't play. Error said the following:
