simple game, interesting and fun in the first minutes, but without additional mechanics or more difficult levels it becomes more and more boring until you let the rackets knock you down, taking away lives, and with a clear conscience close the game.
in fact, I liked a lot of things in the game, like the music, the design, the idea. I think after a few updates it will be just a great game! good luck with the implementation!
Esta bastante bien para ser la primera version, claro que el diseño de todo el juego se puede mejorar, pero está bien para ser la primera version, me di cuenta de ciertos detalles que pueden mejorarse respecto a la jugabilidad, parece que la dirección del escudo es igual al centro "X" y "Y" del mouse, y eso hace que cuando el jugador llega al centro del mouse, el escudo se descontrole, otra cosa es que me parece mejor que las balas salgan mucho más rápido cuando los bloqueas, porque me paso que al bloquear una bala, al momento de salir de la pantalla, me llego a dar y perdí una vida, ya por ultimo me gustaría que el espacio fuera un poco más grande para que me dé tiempo de reaccionar cuando las balas entran en la pantalla, a los 4,000 puntos ya es algo imposible reaccionar correctamente, esas son mis sugerencias y espero que te vaya bien en el desarrollo :)
I think you should maybe add some more action to the game, like only dodging does get kind of boring after a while, so maybe deflecting gives you more points to encourage you to get more aggressive and do more risky moves, and maybe also try to collaborate with someone for better assets and menus, because they could definitely be improved (Don’t worry, I’m bad at art too)
Oh and add more effects, for example try to add camera shake, maybe make the numbers float a bit and you could try to add some parallax effect for the stars.
Check the incoming updates and I will add more power ups etc. Thanks for the review and I’m only 10 so the first version of the game is not going to be perfect. So far I increased the speed over time. Do you like the leaderboard system? And press incoming updates and about in the main menu.
Not that i know all how to do UI but you gotta learn UI. You could make like a small circle in a corner and as we move the mouse around its center the shield goes to a certain position because when you accept player's location as center and move the mouse around it, it becomes really messy because the player's location isn't static. Other than that, the gameplay is pretty good.
Bro ijust keep it up and you'll be the greatest game dev in the future. Don't take it as a random guy on the internet's comment i'm the captain of Turan Rocket Team and i believe you can do it.

Basic input and ui made a basic fun.

I want to be honestly here so probably around a 3, but better art and menus would raise it to a 5, effects to a 7 and better gameplay to a 8
