Great game! I like the concept, river styx ferryman theme.

Like the others, the formatting for highlighted text shows up, sometimes instead of apostrophies  ['] it just comes up as a box, at first the text appearing bit by bit was nice, but got in the way once we were trying to read through it, I tend to set text speed to instant because I don't want to wait for it and sometimes you'd press the button to show the whole thing immediately, but it just skips here.

I knew I was searching for dialogue options, didn't expect I'd have to click the highlighted words, probably could have made that a bit clearer, but it was a very nice and seamless way to do it. Probably some polish was needed for the dialogue choice buttons as well.

Alot of the work was your own, which is amazing, it's a shame that the hunter doesn't have any animation. The characters and their stories are nice, quirky and interesting, I'm hoping there's only 6 endings, 2 for each character. (At least, that's the endings I've managed to get) Great job on the game!

Thanks for playing and I'm glad you liked it. We are aware of a lot of the bugs in the game that you mentioned and our programmer is currently working on a fix for them. I wasn't aware of the text just skipping when you clicked the button so we'll definitely fix that.

The hunter does have animations but for some reason even though we set them up the same way they broke when we built the game so we need to fix that. The tutorial could also use some work I agree, we kind of neglected that aspect a little.

there are actually 9 endings, 3 for each character. Try not speaking to the characters and just giving them the coin :D

Thank you again for playing and for the feedback

I really enjoyed this experience. The writting is great and there is a lot of polish here. If I had to be critical, the fact that the game requires looping through the text multiple times exposed the limitations of the way the text emerged. At first I really liked the way it tracked, until I had to read lots or try and click on and option. I quickly waited until it was in in full until I read or clicked anything. Whilst it seemed like a good idea at first it became an obsticle pretty quickly. If a work moves you are not going to read it quickly. I would make the formating more regular. The writting is good enought not to need anything fancy doing with it. I really liked the highlighted word conversation system. Simple but much nicer than a drop down list of options. Only bug I spoted is the interactive words flash something of the formating that I assume is to do with making them buttons but it was a shame to break the spell like that. I am sure its a quick enough fix. Solid entry

Thanks for playing and we're glad you enjoyed it. In regards to the feedback, we are currently working on a lot of the UI and the way the text appears. We're also aware of the flashing text and we're definately working on fixing that. Thanks again, and hopefully we'll be able to update the game soon.

The game looks like having a cool idea, but the final product is probably too raw to experience the concept behind it. I would work on the UI, which is super uncomfortable, and on the visuals because it would be a pity to leave the game as it is now. Hope you polish it because I would love to experience a more polished version of it :D

Thanks for playing the game and the feedback. We're working on fixing the UI and just making sure that everything works at the moment, should hopefully be able to put it up soon :D.

Cool game! I think you did a good job with creating some interesting characters in a pretty unique setting.

I think some polish (maybe coloured text?) on revealing the extra dialogue text could really help the experience as I had to resort to just clicking every word to get anywhere. Nonetheless the NPC's dialogue was pretty compelling and the game has decent potential.

Thanks for making it!

Thanks for playing the game and for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it. We're working on some polish now with regards to the animations not playing and the dialog boxes appearing to the side for some reason haha. We originally wanted coloured text for the words or for them to make a sound when you hovered over them so we'll defiantly be putting something in.
