I got stuck at the filing for the membership part. The clerk just repeated the same "Great! I will need your name, age, address..." message when I answered "Interested" on it.

Oh man, this was soooo amazingly done! What a great consequence for the "only one" option restriction! The art style is interesting, I can go with it. This could totally be a whole game.

Very clever idea! I included it in my GMTK Game Jam 2019 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Cool idea! To be honest, I thought that cutting out words in the dialogue (like the "cash credit" line) felt like I was being given two options in a different presentation. However, some of the dialogue near the end where you had to emphasize certain words (and change the meaning of the sentence that way) was really interesting, and I would have loved to see more of that.

I did feel that some of the sentences were a little finicky, like where I had to make every word loud when I thought that making a single word loud would have gotten the point across better. Regardless, I had fun overall and it's a very original idea, so great job! (I also liked the art)

Thanks for the feedback! I agree, the "emphasis" puzzles are by far the best part, and I wish we had included more of those.

Nice but it was hard to get forward at some spots.

I had an idea similar to this but I thought it would be too hard to pull off. Glad to see someone proved me wrong, this was amazing! Maybe it could have been "simpler", like you could only emphasize one word at a time or the whole sentence. Still, awesome game!

The idea is really good, but the execution could be better. A lot of the times it felt forced "like the police guy waiting for you to say "pistol?". But nice idea, I liked it.

Cute, Fun, and a creative idea!
