Yeah i really liked it, kind of reminds me of nuclear throne or somthing.
really fun, some nice polish and really nice graphics.
that music though - drove me absolutely mad. its such a short loop. aggh.
Also, like with audio - it should play in the first room. Cause like, i am in the first room, no audio- i wonder around, check my volume, check my headphones are plugged in, turn up volume really loud, assume there is no audio, walk into the first room, and bammm
suddenly loads of loud audio in my headphones, there is a guy walking towards me and i cant shoot him, cause i am fumlbling around adjusting my audio.
So play audio at the volume you are going to throughout that game, at the first screen where there are no badies so i can turn it down or up.
i want to share this talk with you cause its like my favorite talk and it has lots of really simple to implement advice to make a shooter game just better, that if you did some of these it would be like fifty times better, its this \/\/\/\/ 'art of screenshake' by jan willem nijman

Thanks for the feedback. A lot of the audio was placed in absolute last minute and was low priority compared to the other features in the game. I agree with you we should definitely have some audio at the start scene, If we remake the game it'll likely be a bit of ambient noise like leaves and birds to compliment the sort of easy going introduction of the game.
Also, I completely agree with you that the audio loop gets annoying. I always mute the game after about 5 minutes. Unfortunately our usual audio guy wasn't around when we did the game jam and so we had to get someone else who wasn't very involved in the jam to make a loop. We knew it was repetitive but we didn't want the game to have no music. A volume slider would've been a good idea.

can confirm sound and music is better than no sound and music - i think you went with the right choice in the end :P
I love fast-paced dynamics, the health/ammo/time bar constantly running out keeps you on your toes. Nice job!

I didn't survive very long but I liked what I did play. It's a neat idea and those little blobs silly expressions are pretty adorable.
ROUGELIKE
Only one resource is a neat use of the theme, otherwise it's a pretty fun shooter. I was impressed by how many enemy behaviors you got in there.
Pretty fun! It enjoyed the aim then shoot controls, on the gun, felt like it encouraged me to choose my shots carefully, even before I figured out how the health bar worked.
It is not really playable for me in my used firefox-64b browser. Kudos for the idea.
