Thanks! I'd completely forgotten Purble Place existed until after the jam but I played a bunch of it as a kid so it probably inspired elements of this game :)

Thanks! If you make a cake that matches the photo the word perfect will automatically appear at the side.

Thank you so much for the kind words! Glad you had fun with it! Yeah, there's only one level. I originally planned to have more but they're a bit too time consuming and annoying to setup at the minute with the jam code 😅

Thanks! I'm very glad I added those googly eyes haha

Thanks! It does tell you if you get it to exactly match the photo. I did want it to show you how close you were as a percentage but I'm still not sure how I'd handle the checking for that 😅

Even better :D

Thanks! That's the feel I was going for. Is that green stick with an eye a lamppost? I love that haha

Stressful is definitely not what I was going for with this one haha. Glad you enjoyed!

It was an extremely important feature haha

Thanks! Hope you were able to make your dream cake haha

Yeah, that's something I wanted to add but I didn't have enough time for it. Had too much potential to add weird bugs if I rushed it in and got it wrong.

Yeah that's odd. Just looked and it's working again now.

I saw this game on Gnomable's stream and the music was too good for me not to check it out myself. The art is great as well and I had fun playing this one. Took a few attempts for me to figure out how the dash worked but I got it eventually. Couldn't really read the dialogue as the character was moving too fast to let me focus on reading and moving at the same time but what I saw of it was super charming.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the game.

Glad you liked it, love the rainbow colours :D

This game's somehow simultaneously really chill and really chaotic. Was a nice chill atmosphere just running around the planets and seeing the points go up. The heat seeking missiles kept hitting the planets so they never really seemed like a threat. Cool game, nice job.

It's not working for me, I'm getting the following error when I try to run it unfortunately.

Error
The following features required to run Godot projects on the Web are missing:
Cross Origin Isolation - Check web server configuration (send correct headers)
SharedArrayBuffer - Check web server configuration (send correct headers)

I get you. Level design is hard, especially in a jam setting where you don't have much time to get feedback. The first few levels did feel really nice though.

A true masterpiece.

Thank you for the kind words :)

This is really cute! The art is really nice, but in the mouse section it is initially a bit unclear what's in the foreground and what's background. The transition between the two sections is great, I especially like how the music blends nicely between the two versions of the track, which fit their respective tones wonderfully. I didn't end up making all 5 potions, while playing I didn't realise that there would be an end, I thought it would just keep generating potions random potions forever so stopped when it looked like I'd done everything. Nice job overall.

Thanks! I 100% agree with it needing something to remove the decals, it was something I did want to add but there just wasn't time for it in the end.

Nice! There's something very satisfying about seeing your character go from a small weak thing to a massive and nearly one shotting the enemies. Unfortunately it started lagging too badly to continue after a number of levels.

The art in this game is fantastic for a jam game. A really funny concept as well. Unfortunately I found the spinning of the banana to be quite fiddly and hard to get it in the direction needed.

A really nice, well polished game. I really liked the zoom in on the level complete and the touches like screen shake and particles were really well done.  It's a nice idea for a puzzle game, I could see it being an idea you could definitely build upon. Might just be me missing something but the Bounce and Bounce level did feel a bit too precise with the positioning of the blocks to get to the exit. I ended up having to place them nearly on the last pixel of the platform to be able to make the jump. Overall really nice, good job.

Really nice puzzle game. The art was cute, the puzzles were well designed and the idea was well executed.

A great idea and really well executed!

The idea for this one is awesome, however the speed that the game's played at, the art style and the fact that the players hands cover the pieces makes it quite hard to follow and spot the rule breaking.

This was fun, nice job!

Having the different fights all share movement like that was a really cool idea. It was a bit hard to tell what was being said in the spoken bits. I might help to include that you can make one attack and move per turn in your game description, it took me a few turns to realise I could do both.

Interesting idea and good looking game. I found the controls a little fiddly but good job overall

It's definitely not the best working environment haha

Thanks! I little bits of dialogue are definitely one of my favourite bits of the game.

Glad I could help! Sure, I'd be up for a key 😄

Oi, I was reading that. What do you mean it's over already?

Nice job, definitely off to a good start! The art on the right is a great touch and a really nice atmosphere overall. The music is just right to add to the mood but not distract from the story.

Bits of feedback I have but they're all pretty minor:

- Bug: The image on the right doesn't reset to the wolf one at the start of a second playthrough so it just stayed.

- The writing feels a little cramped on the page. Having it start a line further down the page would give it a little more breathing room.

- Would be nice to be able to click to progress the text and/or have the option to select the different options with the keyboard to allow the  game to be played one handed/ without the requirement of using both mouse and keyboard.

Thank you so much! ❤️

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks so much! Yeah, we'll definitely look into making the game easier to navigate if we continue work on it.

Thanks for your feedback! I agree with what you're saying, we shouldn't have included negative rolls. I think the original idea was going for a more risk vs reward feeling but that may have gotten lost along the way. The ability to return to earlier checkpoints was intentional to ensure that if the player lost an ability they'd always be able to drop back to an earlier point and wouldn't get stuck.

Interesting take on the theme. Very chill atmosphere.
