me: what i like is that there's no danger, you have the frustration when you do a bad move but you don't have to restart
*lvl transition end -> first lvl with lasers*
me: sh*t

Very good game

This is the best game I've played so far. It fits the theme perfectly while still being intuitive. Tiny obstacles become big problems trying to navigate the levels.

fun because its intuitive, wish there was some easy enemies to avoid or something in the rotating downtime tho, just to fill up that time

Hm, conflicted.

it's right on the dge of being great for me. simple idea, lots of great execution. the problem is that the vast majority of the playtime is just waiting to rotate. while it has some really cool speedrun potential, i'm not really into an experience where you wait the vast majority of the time to do something again.

the core mechanic is so fun though that i played until i was too annoyed with waiting anymore though so that's a solid indicator you've got something fun there.

Thank you very much for your review. The initial game concept had planned to control the character's rotation with some kind of jetpack but I feared that character had too much control. I thought that not having rotation's control and having to wait to trigger the shot would make more sense for the jam theme. However, the more I played I discovered more mechanics and improved my time and this concept of waiting made even more sense. Patience is a virtue.
