Good concept, not too hard. But i had trouble understanding how to beat the orange ninja.

This is an incredible game! Everything fits so well together, if this doesn't make it into Mark's video I'm going to be really upset!
If you wanted to continue building, more level variety in terms of tile set would be nice. As much as I like infinitely cleaning the floor with ninja some additional areas could be nice. Adding an overarching story and a reward for no errors would be nice too. I feel like this game has a lot of speed run potential too.
Overall fantastic game! I can't wait to see if you do anything more with it. Good luck on your future game dev journey!
Was super easy to pick up and figure out and it made the gameplay fun to think through. The orange enemy was a little bit funky to me as I sometimes couldn't tell where it was going to move when I hit it. Still, overall it was a great game!
This was a wonderful little action-puzzler! You nailed the core gameplay loop, and I think you scaled the challenge rather well. I'd love to see more levels beyond the wide-open arena; I think you could make some really interesting challenges.
The biggest thing I missed from this game was sound -- perhaps you did implement audio, in which case my machine just didn't run it. But in any case, you could really underscore the rhythm of battle if you introduced some juicy audio cues for the charge, movement, and attacks.
Over all, though, you made a wonderful game! I'd love to play it again after you've had even more time to make it shine!
Turn based samurai game? Yes please! I had some problem with figuring out where the timer for moves (my bad:P ). After that i had some problems with measuring the moves and getting used to it. After that it was pretty decent game:) Good job! Your design is really solid!
This game was a serious amount of fun. It made me feel like a badass at every moment and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great take on the theme as well. Took me a moment to really understand things but after that, complete bliss
Once you get the hang of it and start zipping around the level it makes you feel really cool! The idea of queuing up moves is really fun and there's a ton of potential there
The art style and game setting fit really well with the mechanics! Nice progression of training dummies to fighting real ninjas. I ended up stuck on a level against someone with 2 kunais that didn't seem like they could be defeated since they just kept spawning ninjas. Someone on the GMTK discord told me I had to corner them and then hit it twice so I might go back and try again later.
This definitely needed some audio and I think it would really cool if you synced it so that the action planning window were synced to the beat. Then it would almost be like Crypt of the Necrodancer but you can do multiple moves at a time with enough planning.
Very unique game.
I like the two infinite ninja kids in a trenchcoat.
This is so great, I felt so smart when I finally killed the orange ninja
This one is so good! I like the programming logic and that there are different kinds of enemies that need different kinds of attacks. Nice work!
