I'll admit, it took me a bit to understand the shell system, but once I got the hang of it this game became real unique! Strategically placing your shell in preparation for a quick double-swap leads to some really cool gameplay. If you polish up the visuals and tweak the balance a bit, I could definitely see this being expanded upon into a full game!

Thanks!

That means a lot to me :)

I guess in a full game, there would also be a place for a small tutorial to explain the system ;)

This was a really unique idea for a game jam and I had a load of fun playing it. I haven't seen a game this jam that had the mechanic of having to leave your body in order to attack the enemies. It got very hard and very fun when I had to start really thinking about the best positioning of my body so that when it was uninhabited I wouldn't die immediately. Excellent job!

Thank you very much! :)

Nice to see that people enjoy this game!

What I get from this is that you also felt that the game was a bit too hard maybe, I guess I should increase the difficulty a bit slower.

Glad you tried to position yourself, that was the initial idea of the game although I found that quickly switching back to your body worked a bit better for me... I think I should reward staying out of your body with some bonus points.

Thanks for your feedback! :)

Wow I really enjoyed this one! It should really have more ratings, the idea is really interesting! It lends itself to some pretty unique gameplay vs your typical shooter. I think if you want to continue working on it, adding a theme could really make it stand out! Maybe you're like a ghost and you attack by shooting yourself into enemies, but you gotta defend your original body too lol

But yeah I genuinely enjoyed this, great job 👏👏!

Thank you very much! :)

I agree a theme is really needed here, I think that's part of the reason for the low amount of ratings ;)

I like the ghost idea, might try that!

Thanks for your feedback, glad you enjoyed it!

Fun but really hard! good concept though!

Thank you!
The spawns aren't really well done, would have to tweak them a bit to raise the difficulty slowly over time.

Cool game with an exciting concept! It needs some more polish, but it has some potential! The only problem I had was that the difficulty was a bit inconsistent. Great entry!

Thanks for the feedback!

You are right, the difficulty is indeed quite randomised, it was simpler to implement in the short time. :)

And I obviously didn't spend too much time on graphics ;)

Glad you liked it!
