This is a really nice game, I really like the Idea and it could easelly be expanded upon

*Ouch my hand* It's a greatly punishing game but I was up for the challenge. It was nice finding the little extra strats like putting the square out of the screen to catch a break. Unfortunately, I let it go on level 7 and couldnt grab it again, so it broke the game (that level was hella frustrating anyways). Nice simple art, though the art for the door is a bit janky. Could be nice to have a pre indicator fro the on/off tiles, since it's not very simple to time them. All around this is a nifty submission.

Love the game! some level is easy on the run, but some level is hard too. When the player is on top of the barrier that turn on and off, it seems the game doesn't count that as an collide state. Nevertheless, It was a great game.

Beautiful concept and execution.   The flow works really well.   A few of the levels have moves that are are bit outside the difficulty curve, at least for me, getting the red key on three was extremely challenging.    Overall great game Thank you.

Really fun to play, loved the music too! Had a really hard time at level 4! Also, I kept hitting right-click at the end of levels and raging about it haha I'm not a brilliant individual.

i cant even get past level 9 in your game XD

This game was awesome! It's super difficult, I'm still struggling to get through it, but the levels are good (if unforgiving) and the game's simple concept has a lot of potential! You should continue working on the game after the jam. Good job!

This is really clean, nicely done!

I'm probably not very good at the game, but a couple levels felt a little unfair with how tight the movements had to be (the last corridor in level 2 stuck out). On the whole it felt nice though, and could be even better if you really juiced it up.

Some small QoL changes I'd suggest:

  • Some of the elements could use a bit more distinguishing, the red gate vs the red goal, for instance
  • Some extra space surrounding the level itself could be handy? I found I had a hard time navigating when I got near an edge (the bottom-left corner of level 4 is where I ended up giving up), and having a bit of extra space for move your mouse around in could be a big help for that.
  • Having the level only start once you grab the orange cube would be a nice touch. I often died before I could actually grab the cube because I was trying to look at what the level looked like, or my mouse was too far away from the spawnpoint when I restarted.

Cool approach to the theme! The art is very clean and pleasing.

Fun concept! Gets challenging pretty quick, which I liked. Lots of potential here!

Very good game! Only thing I think is that maybe the blue square could start moving just after I grab the orange square. I hope to see more of this game in the future :)

Developer(+1)

yeah thats actually whats supposed to happen lol

This game was fun! I think with a little bit of balance and design changes, it could be even better. The blocks that are shot at you are the exact same color as the orange on the map that kills you, so if a block passes over an orange section, you can't see it. It would be nice if there was an outline around the orange death zones when they disappear so that I don't lose track of where they are.  I also felt the blocks that are shot at you are a little too big. If they were smaller, I'd have a bit of an easier time playing. Overall, fun game!

Thx, i really liked your game too

This game is a little underrated (quite literally :P). It was really really good. It was a real challenge, and yet not a rage-inducing one. It felt really fair, and the gameplay was crisp. Everytime you fail you can immediately get up and try again, and I really appreciate that. Although it took me a while, I got to the end and I'm so proud of myself!!

One tiny tiny tiny little critique: at first when I saw a red gate that needed opening, I ran into it thinking it was the goal. Maybe in the future you could fix that for stupid players like me ;)

Thanks for this awesome game, hope more people come to rate it. It's really good! Straight 5s across the board from me, I figure you'd like to know ;)
