The game is fun and art is really good. Well done!
Good idea, but the character feels a bit too slow and floaty for my liking.
(Also killing yourself after reaching a checkpoint is a easy way of doing the game without having to deal with the changed controlls, so you might wanna consider to keep the changed controlls after death)
Thanks for playing it ! We struggled quite a lot with the platformer's controls, and it definitely needs more polishing.
Also the checkpoint thing, as you said, really make the game too easy. Just reset the timer bar would have been enough, it will be fix in the future.

There were some minor issues (when pushing against a wall) but they didn't affect gameplay much. Good job!
