The game has A misleading goal and control scheme and diving my focus between the two sections was a tad frustrating. No audio to speak of either.

The directions imply that the mouse must be kept close to the center line. That isn't the case. The mouse is used to mark the opposite sin wave. Ironically, the goal is to flatline the patient.

Displaying the opposing sin wave rather than the 'paddle' icon would be much clearer.

It took me three tries or so until I understood that I didn't have to follow the line but draw its inverse or something. Feel dumb now lol.
