awesome idea and fits the theme in a funny way. would like to have a longer mele attack to have more movement ratio. the visuals are very clean
Very cool idea. I like the fact, that standing on the ctrl heals you, but you definitely don't want to do that. Simple yet clever. The gameplay felt ok, but the visuals were fantastic, nice job!
Reminds me of Gladiator with keyboard keys! Very polished on visuals and audio. The character models look great, the animations are smooth, the particles on the sword swipe are a nice touch, and the sfx and press of the giant ctrl button in the ground are sweet.
Really cool idea to be able to heal at the cost of damage to your objctive. Nice work!

Awesome interpretation of the theme, the graphics and models are outstanding, and the gameplay is pretty fun!
I really like the mechanic of CTRL giving you health but also increasing the “damage” bar of it since even you should be out of control; nice tradeoff and adds some simple resource management.
Do wish that you could attack and move at the same time. The dash/dodge is great but being able to move and attack I believe would make it easier (although that may have been your intention; it does make it start to feel out of control).
Being stuck on attack animation was intentional indeed. You can either move or attack, not both. And the player has bigger attack range then enemies to make up for it.
Really cool idea and fun to play. I had a hard but fun time trying to lure them away from the knob while hitting them and then going back to the knob to defend it again. Also cool that there are more than one weapon and the all have their own art and attack animation. Kudos!
Great game overall! Really enjoyed the graphics, its literal connection to the theme and the subtle references like how you get your health back back ctrl+z. My only gripe about the game is that, although it was made in 48 hours, it had little variation. I think it can be even better if you add more enemies and more weapons for the player.
yeah I really struggled with variation, cuz I changed the idea at the end of day 1 and did what I could with the assets I made

I thoroughly enjoyed this, the combat was a bit slow and there were no opportunities for progression, but this was only game jam game. The concept is really clever and you could easily flesh it out into a fully fledged game
TBH I'm glad I managed to complete this jam at all! This is my first jam and first released game ever, however it plays.
