The art is beautiful! Music was cool too. I couldn’t get far though, the controls felt wonky. the jump felt strange, it went unexpectedly high but not too far horizontally.

This game is very cool, and the game sound is very nice.  If you like this idea, keep working on it! Awesome job submitting a good game to this jam and I hope you learned a lot of new stuff. When you have time, please check out my game :D

Great presentation, the music, sound effects and the visuals give a really nightmarish feel to it. I like the mechanics too, especially the flashlight, even though I'm not sure what lighting the torches does. It ran pretty slowly on my PC unfortunately (although it's a mid-priced laptop, probably runs fine on better systems), and I found myself falling through platforms a lot. Ultimately a cool concept, definitely found myself wanting to see if there was anything at the top.

Thank you! Lighting torches also kills spores in the radius of light, but some balance could have made them more essential.
