Such a sweet game! I saw the other comments and would be excited to see what a finished ending looked like.

I really really like the idea, the story is sweet and you feel nervous playing the game! haha

I was IRL sweaty and nervous, felt like I was on a real date. 10/10

Developer(+1)

Haha that's awesome, thank you so much!!!

Oops, I thought I was making all the right dating choices but in the end the hands moved farther apart. Guess it has been a while, hahaha. This was a neat and unexpected entry! Written very well.

Developer(+1)

Think the game may be a bit buggy but I guess life can also be unpredictable like that sometimes haha. Thank you :)

Love the dialogue, it's so sweet!

Developer

Thanks Robin! :D

I'll need to give another try to the game as I'm not sure what happened in the end, I got a blank button, hands separated but nothing happened.

Like the soft design and the narrative.

Developer(+1)

Yeah that's how it ends at the moment and we've realised it's a bit abrupt and needs reworking once the jam is over. Aww thanks!

The story is cool but the game end seems to be a bit broken :( Also the texts could have been bigger

Developer(+1)

Oops yeah we need to rework the ending as it seems a bit abrupt. Thanks for the feedback on the text size, can easily boost that for you when the jam is over! :)

The end feels a little broken whether it's on purpose or a glitch but it's really sweet!

Developer

Ooops yeah I think it might be just a bit abrupt and it's something that needs reworking when the jam is over. Thanks!

I'm glad I was able to play a game that decided to look at the theme from a narrative standpoint rather than a mechanical one, especially this one. The dialogue was really well constructed, and although it was slightly confusing who the speaker was I was mostly able to follow it throughout. The music was great and the sound effects added to the immersive atmosphere. Great job!

Developer

Aww thank you so much!!! :)

The dialogue of this game is absolutely brilliant - it plays off so naturally, I really felt myself getting into the minds of both characters - flawed, sometimes likeable, very human, characters. It was very immersive in this sense. Really enjoyed, thank you!

Developer(+1)

Our narrative designer will be delighted to hear that!!! I'm sure you'll make his day. Thank you so much!

that was preety cool! But I think the game froze at the end

Developer (1 edit)

Oh no. We were working on it up until the last minute so maybe something broke. Or maybe it's just an abrupt ending. But I'm glad you enjoyed the start! Thanks for playing :)
