I love this game on multiple levels, this is simply 🔥🔥🔥
-Simple minimalist pxart makes it the perfect aesthetic choice to front dark-loaded concepts.
-The very root idea of this game is simply genius.
-The mechanics serve perfectly their purpose: make you believe you are playing and you have choices.
Chapeau to Empty Bottle team, I was following their work already -but with this, oh boy they've confirmed their creativity and I will def look out for more games out of their great potential!
I honestly think you're kinda innovating the pxart videogaming scene, that lately went a bit off in my opnion.
Your games are deeply refreshing to people loving the genre.
Keep it up with the great work!
Interesting idea, a bit dark for my taste, but cool for a game jam. Hope you make time to improve on it after. GG!
Really digging this art style. Never thought a pixel-y white silhouette could make me feel so much dread as it approached. Very simple, but that works well here. I did find a way to cheese it: if you spam-click the button, the enemy never gets to take their turn.
fantastic art style
Very cool interpolation of the theme and an excellent presentation. Excellent job!
Cool idea and nice art style! It's simple but fits perfect the theme.
A very interesting concept! I like the theming of it too.
Cool Idea, I like the feel of the game,
Very interesting. Good Job!
Cool concept ! The balancing is really off but the idea is banger and the atmosphere shows amazing potential !
cool idea and it looks really pretty, but I think the execution is a bit off :(
I tried my best! Follow me and try the new rev in 2 week :D thank you for playing!
I feel like it's a bit hard to understand what I'm supposed to do. I keep getting stuck on round 2. I like the art style, and I think this simple combat system of "shoot and hide" is full of potential.
Good job! :)
I'll try to improve it! Thank you kindly :D
Cool concept, but I don't understand the point of defending when playing as the enemy since you can't walk after defending
Thanks for the feedback! I'll surely work to make this work better!
An intense, concise yet thoughtful experience. Hope you’ll further develop the concept!
I'm not sure I fully grasp the mechanics at play here, as it seems like I have no chance to survive past the second round.
Love the aesthetics tho!
You should try to pass the first phase with the lower damage possible. I'll try to make it more clear and balanced in the future, thanks for the feedback!
ah yeah, I didn't try to go for a smallest possible round yet - I'll try that.
I love the simplicity of the gameplay. However, I believe that it can become much more kinda deep adding some behavior patterns to game characters.
Interesting! Didn't think it would switch! Though I didn't know if it was turn based or real time cause spamming the button even when it disappears works too. It was for sure visually great!
IDK What I played but I sure as hell enjoyed it!
Honestly a gorgeous game. I can't get over how nice the style of this one is.
Once I started understanding what was going on, it gradually became interesting. I also love the simple 2-bit-like art!
These are the kind of game jam games I love! You had a simple, small scope idea, and executed it perfectly. Really tense, simple game (in the best possible ways).
