What a unique idea. Who would have thought of a game where you play as the backpack of a character haha. Great job!

Being a backpack - lol - weird experience, but i like it

Haha great idea, good for a bit of fun. could for  sure  see this being developed  into a full game, maybe with some kind  of crafting system and guiding the hero  or something. Great work!

Very cool game! I loved the pixel filter on everything and all it didn't feel buggy at all. Although, the gameplay does get pretty repetitive. It would be much better with more interactions, items, limitations, etc. But overall it's great!

Hello from fellow inventory jam team!

Game is awesome and we had just the same idea (physics based inventory), but decided to go other way around.

I like your implementation of the idea, but I really need more items to place in the inventory and at least some level of harder progression - speed up / new items / new challenges. Overall, really nice idea and implementation!

This was a joy to play, I got to 3825, and died when I accidently handed the guy the wrong sword and like 8 things went flying, I laughed out loud :D

Really enjoyed the concept and the implementation is pretty good, very fun game loop

Thank you!

I think it was really creative, never thought of playing as the inventory :)

However I found it a bit slow, I would have liked it better if I had continually had things to pass to the adventurer quickly.

I think a faster pacing would benefit it a lot, would totally retry a faster version

Thanks for the feedback!
I agree.  I didn't really have time to tweak the pacing/balancing, but in retrospect, it should have been sped up some.

Enjoyment: 2/5. Nothing really happens, you just drag things around. I didn't really have a good time.

Creativity: 3/5. The concept of playing as the inventory system sounds cool on paper.

Presentation: 2/5. I can't say this game looks good.

Hey thanks! I always love the community of the GMTK jam!

this is actually really really cool. it's like that puzzle game that's all about resident evil style inventory management but physics based and more situational/random. i feel like if you upgrade the presentation and figure out some ways to make it more engaging in the long run, this could be a real banger of a game even outside of a jam scenario.
