I think you've come up with a pretty amazing idea centered around the idea of swapping roles between people in the maze. There is a nice natural balance between the players and their roles while both struggling to win. Nice job!
That's a really creative idea! I wonder if you could use the same mechanic to create a cooperative puzzler
