I don't think this fits the theme, well i still had fun throwing weird things at other weird things
I Got 7119! I was a little bit confused at first but I figured things out eventually, I like the art-style and overall vibes it reminds me of playing games like Earthworm Jim on gameboy!
The concept is pretty cool and relatively easy to control, although a bit difficult at times, I liked that you included the direction the enemies were spawning it was super helpful, I wish that my highscore showed up on the end screen, but luckily it shows up when you restart the game :]

Good take on the theme. Very nice that there are different kinds of throwable stuff. The gameplay is nice and fun.
My score suddenly jumped into millions during the seventh wave when one of the marios was getting hit while climbing and the death kept triggering. It was quite satisfying =D
