Cool idea. You really captured the retro style.
It was tricky learning how to use the jump. You really had to plan ahead to the height and bit lined up.
Really liked this one! Played for so long! I really like the control of releasing space to bite so that when you bite affects the height and trajectory of your jump! Also, animations and art are fantastic! Check out my score -- that's a lot of ducks! 👀
I like the game. I really like how you regain health by eating ducks and I also like that the game isn't too easy, but there could be more duck variants and a highscore would also be cool, to add to the game's replayability. Overall it's a pretty well done game with quite some juice in it (e.g screen shake)!
Yeah i had the highscore and duck variants on my stretch goals but couldn't get around to it
Don't think its unforgiving. The strategy is to have small jumps and bite as soon as the ducks fly then you can get far. Interesting how in my game you play the duck and here you play the dog. Very nice.
I like the use of one key to the jumping and the biting. It feels great to play. A little unforgiving, but when has that stopped us from enjoying games?

Cool concept. I found the game too hard without the assist and a high score would be nice. I like the NES-style graphics
Nice concept and execution! I feel like it's unforgiving sometimes when 3 birds pop up at the same time and I cant catch up to them, nice sounds effects and art though! I'm not sure how and when the game ends, this is my score.
Thanks for the feedback. Glad you liked it. Yeah game balance wasn't one of the things i spent too much time on. Just tried to put something together that felt good enough. And the game doesn't really end as it is just a high-score game (maybe should have added emphasis on the score when dying to make that clear...)

Wasn't sure how to win the game. Felt impossible without auto assist, and yet auto assist makes it no longer fun. Really cool otherwise!
Thanks for the feedback. The idea was that there is no winning as this is a high-score arcade game. Couldnt get a highscore counter in though sadly due to time.
