Cooldown on the blocks is veery tight but fair.
Tim's movement is pretty good, not too floaty and relatively easy to predict.

Interesting concept! Though it was a bit hard to place blocks when the camera was moving. Maybe having the camera stay still while the player is holding a block would have been better? Otherwise solid work!
