I got to play a rythm game WHILE being assaulted by octopi. The darkest dungeon influence is clear, very nice game
Excellent job with the game visuals, it looks great!
I managed to play all three cards on my hand and complete their mini-games. But when I tried to play my opponents card they got stuck in the middle of the board, not sure if that was the end of the game or not.
Its very impressive that you manage to implement different types of games with each card in such short amount of time, essentially creating multiple games.
I think feedback for the health regen mini game would probably to keep it a bit shorter and make it harder instead. It felt very easy and I wasn't sure if it was endless and I was supposed to do something else to proceed.
I played the patched version. Minor note is that you can increase the itch.io game window height to make sure that the full screen is visible. Currently the top part of the game is outside of the game window so it can't be seen.
Overall I really like the game and the art and presentation really shined, even though maybe it was a bit overambitious to take on such a big endeavor in just 48h!
Thank you so much for such extensive feedback, especially with the technical advice on the itch.io game window! It was definitely too ambitious, but we learned something new, and for me it is the main charm of jams :)

It certainly looks the part but I wasn't sure what the game was. I did play the patch version and i did force blow, then played my hero who died to the mooks, then did the health minigame but it didnt seem to do anything.
Love the art! Was a little difficult to find a strategy, maybe some ways to combo cards?
