the oil puddles might make you slip rather than take a hit. I don't quite understand the purpose of the bonuses.
You really feel the impact of people, it could be interesting to vary the characters: have older people, faster people, with more random behavior, etc... Or even have other animals that need to be avoided.
I like the title with the deer antlers
Maybe you could make the game a little harder by making the peolpe walk around or forcing you to only hit them with the front of the car.
