Super cool! Fit's the theme incredibly well and really fun to play. The visuals look great, and the concept is brilliant. Amazing job!
Thank you so much for playing! I'm happy to hear about your team's experiences!
I had a lot of fun playing the froggy game as well!! :D I gave it to my partner and already did 60 froggys and going strong!
Cool game concept! I like how it's a fairly freeform / creative objective but still have a score to back it up. Good tutorial as well... even though, having used Blender so much recently for the jam, the maya keybinds were a challenge lol. Ironically, one of the things that stood out to me the most was the menus - really gave nice underwater vibe... I think from the bubbles and bloom(?) Either way, great job overall!
I've used Blender to model all the things but I switched my keyboard layout to "Industry compatible" XD cause the Blender's own hotkeys are made by aliens and I can never get used to them :)
Lovely art and models. Great vibes.
this game is pretty sick, loved the interpretation of the theme, the gameplay is very polished and responsive,I also liked the models
great work!
Thank you Tsionsa! C: I think the 3D models are so amazing too, from our 3D artist kukara!!
june with that big ol forehead lookin like a basketball. Love this game!! The music was so chill too
Fin-tastic indeed! It is a pretty charming and relaxing game.
That's reel-y lovely to hear that it was cozy! :D Thank you for playing!
This is such a strange concept that actually works. The art is amazing too. Though I'm curious to know if my score is bad or not. Awesome job!
Your score is good I am sure, regardless of what the number is showing :) Your trashterpiece is more important than the score, it will be forever remembered among the ocean dwellers. Thank you for recycling the ocean trash into your wonderful trashterpiece.
Wow, this was really good! The art style for both 2D and 3D really meshed well together, and the music definitely enhanced the experience and made it nice and relaxing. This is for sure one of my favorite games in the jam so far.
Thank you for playing arColm!! This was our first time doing both 2D and 3D art together like this, so that's wonderful! I enjoyed your game a bunch as well! :D
Wow what a unique take on the theme. Amazing idea and execution; can't believe this was a jam game - feels extremely polished.
Thank you so much! We all tried very hard and slept very little :)
Haha, I know the feeling too well. But I'm sure it was all worth for you guys!
i would not be surprised if this get into the top 10 games its one of the best i've ever played soo far
Great concept and execution!
I loved the graphics
Super fun! Could keep playing around with it for a long while! Now I gotta go find some trash
Can't wait to see your Trashterpiece!
The mechanics are executed so well in this game I can't stop messing with combinations. I need to keep making trash sculptures it is my passion. Amazing work!!!
That's incredible! I'm excited for more trash sculptures! Thank you!!
Fin-tastic!
Everything from the idea to execution, great work!
That's gilliant! Thank you for your kind feedback!
Wow! One of the best games in this jam I've ever played. We have a similar idea but you guys went further!
I think your storyboarding was amazing!! That's an honor, thank you so much!
Wow, great submission! Really cohesive with silly humor. The way the game started with the music and curtains was a great setup to the game with a short and sweet tutorial. I also like the variety of trash available. My only feedback is the rotation is a bit finicky with some objects—I'd want to rotate on one axis and it would spin on another.
(Also, obsessed with artiste Finn.)
I appreciate the feedback! (Glad you like Finn, too!) There’s definitely room for improvement there; are you thinking rotation should only happen for one axis (x-axis or y-axis) at a time?
Yes, I think one axis at a time might be good!
Very creative and well designed. Fun to play around with all the objects, nice job!
Amazing submission!
The concept is immediately clear and speaks to the imagination. Very fun to just mess around in, whether it be for a score or just for the sake of finding your own solution to the challenge.
You even managed to make the move, rotate and scale tools intuitive to use - something that anyone who has ever opened a 3D modeling tool can attest to is not as easy as it sounds!
The artstyle is great too, the 2D and 3D art go very well together. The entire game looks and feels very polished and the dialogues were funny.
5 stars all around from me, thanks for the great 15 minutes!
Oh my gosh, thank you for noticing, and your very detailed feedback! 😭 We thought it could be a cool introduction to 3D Modeling, so we added hotkeys that are used in some 3D programs! I'm really happy it was fun in messing around with the Trash and also optimizing score! Thank you so much for playing!!!
Really cute and adorable gameplay, nice work!
Thank you!!!
