One of the more challenging "scaling puzzles" I've seen this jam, most likely cause I did not understand the controls fully. I had no idea you had a limited amount of scaling each level, and no mention of a reset button made me think the game was broken. It was out of pure habit I eventually pressed R on the second level and then realised why I hadn't been able to scale.
Also I though that "press 2 to scale" only meant to scale up from being small, so it took awhile before I could press it again to become even bigger. I got stuck on the level where you can push a cube on a ledge up with your head. Tried to make it into a stepping block I could stand on to reach higher but that didn't work so I eventually gave up.
The puzzles are good, just wish the controls and situation were explained a bit better.
Fun concept. Would be lovely to see expanded. The nature of the camera pointer breaking when entering a new zone or tabbing out made it difficult to enjoy. Block pushing was a tad frustrating rather than trying to pick it up to move. If those issues were out of the way, it would be a fun experience!
I like the idea, and had fun with the first 3 levels! I got into a weird situation where I could not scale up or down anymore a couple times, and stopped playing the 2nd time it happened. Unsure why, the first time it happened in the 2nd puzzle, the second time it happened in the 4th puzzle. The aesthetic is very pleasing, and I love the idea of playing with my own size in a first-person level. Reminds me of superliminal!
Had fun with it! Unfortunately, the fun ended when I clicked out of fullscreen and the camera no longer followed my mouse. The growing and shrinking in a 3d space was unique!
generally a cool idea, but a bit unclear at times - there's no introduction to the limited scale shifts mechanic, and no indication whether you are able to interact with a button/box, but otherwise the clean design is very cool!
I appreciate the clean visuals and UI - they look very nice. The gameplay was alright, though I found pushing the boxes to be a little frustrating at first (there's a reason you can pick them up in games like Portal!). Definitely has potential, though.
