Controls are a bit finnicky but I see the vision, really cool
Thank you! I know the controls are far from perfect, so I'm planning on fixing them after the rating period is over.
This was fantastic! I really appreciated how interconnected each region was with each other, and getting power ups to unlock different regions (like the sticky wheels). The hint for the cave at the beginning of the game was very helpful as well. I would say the controls for me were pretty sensitive, and that having a whole paragraph for the controls were pretty overwhelming. Maybe you can format them differently? Otherwise great game and great idea!
I think reformatting the paragraph explaining the controls is indeed a good idea, I think I'll add that to my list of improvements to make once the voting is over. Thank you!
controls iffy but i blew up the moon so we good
Cool game! The controls could use some work but it was very enjoyable :)
Thank you! I'm glad it was enjoyable. I'll put some extra work into getting the controls to feel better when the rating period is over.
Nice! keep going, I'm sure you will make more beautiful things :)
Such an oddly ethereal ride, I explored until the end, and huge thanks to the secret tooltip about the cave! Definitely hit the nail on the head for scale, slowly growing the ant's vehicle power. I've also gotta say, I'm not sure if this was intentional, but the vibes this game gives off are a little bit spooky, at least thats how it felt with the music combined. I played the game using only mouse and keyboard, so controlling the vehicle felt really odd, especially the turning, if anything I'd request the use of Q and E to turn left and right at set speeds rather than using the mouse. All in all, really cool ideas, and I love the aspect of returning to previous maps to uncover more!
Thank you for playing and for your really nice comment. When the rating period is over I think I'll be reworking the movement system, because that really needs to be better.
