It reminds me of Reigns, which is really cool ^^ The idea of the power balances is very original too. Nice job overall! (It's funny that the balance of the people is on the right and not on the left, by the way.)
The art style is cute and reminds me of undertale. I love the cat theme and sending them to war. The audio sound effects are clean as well.
