Really cool game! I wish you emphasized the scale aspect of the game in some more interesting ways than just fitting through corridors, but I liked the camera spin and the building aspect.

Thanks!A really neat coincidence, your game was one of first that I played myself. You guys did really great job as well!

Enjoyment: Surprisingly fun! I liked playing this :)

Creativity: Not the most creative way you could've interpreted the theme. It looks too much like that reverse-breakout game from the 2023 Jam.

Style: Fine enough. I could see a winning jam entry looking like this. Nothing outstanding but nothing really wrong with it.

If you want to pursue this game after the jam, i'm sure you could find more interesting mechanics to add. Oh, and also a tutorial since I had to figure everything out by myself.

Glad you enjoyed it :D

It's not the most groundbreaking idea but I thought it was interasting enough to make it.

For the post jam, at the very least I would like to make game playable in browser, the tutorial how you said and "building destroyed" particle effect that I spent too much time on but didn't work in some important cases

The camera spinning around was an interesting choice. I think it may have been a little easier to control if it wasn't just on one hand (like maybe the mouse scroll wheel can also spin the camera or both hands on the keyboard, idk). Anyway I shot some stuff up with my ship hah!

Developer

Without camera spinning wasd controls wouldn't make sence after rotating. Only fear I had was that spinning might make it even more confusing then it previously was but I like the way it turned ou

I think shooting is broken? I'm not sure.

This could be either because:

for each 3 cannons one ammo building is needed (the other orange building). which is poorly communicated by me.

there is a bug at the part that checks all the buildings and their connections which miscounts. Which is bad coding by me

or could be something that I'm not even aware of.

thanks for checking it out <3

i couldn't figure out how to switch the type of block I was using.
