The design for this game is real good! It felt like a nice escape room!

A few observations: The main menu settings button doesn't work (it works from the pause menu).

I wish you could've held object to push em, the physics sometimes made it hard to move them. The sound of the roomba was not very pleasant and there were no sound options. Since there was no music I muted the game and I think I missed the fact that Miguel had voiceover because of that (only noticed thanks to the credits).

Developer

Thanks for your feedbacks!

As for the settings, we were implementing them when the jam came to an end so didn't get enough time to put it in the main menu nor to do a volume setting sadly, but it will be done for the full release.

For the idea of picking up objects to move them around, we'll probably do something like that to ease the gameplay for sure, it'd be better to have both options.

For the roomba, we'll take note and work on it's audio!

Thanks again for the feedback!

This is such a good submission. Visuals and the design of the character is top notch. Hope this gets expanded on. Great job!

Developer

Thanks a lot! We are happy that you like the design!

And yes, we are planning to expand the game!

Omg amazing game i really appreciate the care put into the level and how it is non linear and gives you hints rather than holding your hand. A suggestion would be to put a respawn button or something because i got stuck between shelves and my character wouldn't move from there -.- I didn't finish the game because of that. But really it is lovely to see this kind of open ended level design with several layers on it

Developer

Thanks a lot! Making a non linear game was something that we really wanted to do so it's great that it gives this vibe!

As for the respawn button, we planned to implement it but the jam ended before we could do so, we will definitely do that in future updates!

This is really cool, an kind of insane for such a short amount of time. I did kind of get stuck after reaching the talking cup because after that, the cat would not leave me alone

Developer

Thanks a lot! We are glad that you liked the game!

The cat only attacks you if you are at size 2  so you need to try and play with the size mechanic (but to be honest the cat is a bit too OP at the moment, we'll work on fixing it for future updates).

It attacked me at 3 and 4 after the cup interaction, I did try to change size to avoid it but it kept attacking XD

Oh well that's a problem then- we'll try to look for that then, thanks for the report!

Damn that's so cool ! You made so much stuff in 96 hours !! This game is very clean !!

That was really nice
I really enjoyed level design and size changing mechanic, also the main character is so cute
It would be even cooler if there were bouncy objects or more objects to move

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! And glad you liked the level design!

We'll note for future updates that more dynamic objects could be great.

This was really cute, I love the design of the main character. I was impressed that you were able to design a compelling open world in such a short amount of time. It's really cool that growing in size kind of recontextualizes things that you've already seen before. The piece pick up animation could be a tad shorter, but overall this was a really great game! Nice job!

Developer

Thanks a lot!

We are really glad that you liked the game and that the size mechanic brings this idea of seeing the world from a different perspective that we wanted to create!

And as for the picking up animation.. sorry for the time it took haha, it's true that it's a bit long, we'll note this for future updates
