I liked the idea idea, but the gameplay is kind of clunky. Especially the hitboxes on stage 3
Good art and cool ideas for a short jam like this one.
Find it kinda confusing and the music is pretty loud and noisy.
More polish and this game would feel a lot better, by concept it is really good, good job for working on it!

Not sure how this fit the theme. Regardless a nice top down shooter.edit: this fits the theme in a clever way.
We are taking theme "Scale " as in starting with zero with a single player control to the next stage being a two player and with third phase taking control over a country, basically a scale on the Economist.
Gotcha, it's because I suck so hard at top down shooters that I didn't get to the next level. After many, many fu*ks were uttered, I got to level four. Very engaging and addictive. I couldn't figure out level four - with the flags and rockets - but that is probably a me thing.
