Congratulations on your first game!  I hope you make many more!

Gotcha, it's because I suck so hard at top down shooters that I didn't get to the next level.  After many, many fu*ks were uttered, I got to level four. Very engaging and addictive.  I couldn't figure out level four - with the flags and rockets - but that is probably a me thing.

Clever af! Half the fun was figuring out how to play.  Put in a tutorial for the simple minded like me and I think a lot of folks would enjoy it.

This was absolutely delightful. You have a fun mechanic and the first few puzzles were clever. I hope you take it further.

couldn't play the game

Cute, addictive until I cottoned on to the fact that one click was about 1% change, roughly. A few words of tutorial would have been helpful, but I think most folks will eventually figure it out.

I half enjoyed just figuring out how to play. Very meditative (until I got into a death spiral and there were a lot of paniced 'fv*ks' said.  Very addictive.  Where have I heard that music before. <hmm emoji>

I couldn't get the game to work.

This is a lovely and engaging platformer in and of itself, tho doesn't fit the theme as I can see.  I enjoyed playing it. I'd like to see it expanded and more story.

This was lovely and wholesome. I enjoyed exploring the world. Great proof of concept and I hope you expand it.

This was cute. Warioware-type game with a bizarre palate. Addictive.

This was a delightful game and I was able to quickly grasp the mechanics. music was relaxing. Very addictive.

Not sure how this fit the theme. Regardless a nice top down shooter.

edit: this fits the theme in a clever way.

The character was cute and the music engaging, but I couldn't get it to work.  I was able grab the baguette. I think I was eaten by the frog when I tried to get the fruit.

Oh Fvck I love this! Too bad I'm bad at it.  I like the concept of building your character - literally.  I just couldn't get up the man passage. I've put this in my collection in the hopes you nerf the beginning a little bit. I want to see where this goes.

It took me a bit to get the mechanic, I've never encountered before, but once I got it, I mos def sobered up. I'm terrible at it, but I felt that I was getting better at it (learning how to play it) faster than most other games. Still, I thought it could be slowed down more at the beginning to lull me into thinking I am better at the game than I was.  Loved the face animation and bg music.

I enjoyed this.  I like the premise and will be fun to see what you will do with the Pumpkin Lord. You have a fun game and a great hook as far a lore is concerned. Who is the pumpkin lord? Why must I feed him?  Delightful music.  This is really well put together.

Hi!  Great talking to you yesterday.  Regarding Magfest Indie Game Showcase - you can sign up to be notified when submission open, I think August or September, https://super.magfest.org/mivs

Definitely needs to be played using a controller. The visuals and sound are awesome!

I enjoyed this.  Excellent visual novel.  I'd like to play this on my tablet.

- Don

This is a cute game.

This was quite enjoyable.  For a bit I thought, "This needs sound effects."  Then I remembered that sound doesn't travel in the vacuum of space.

- Don

I hope to be able to play test this in the future.  One of the dishes really must be Judy's Pork Buns.

- Don

It almost plays itself!

The 'crash' sound effect is utterly sublime and is destined to become the 'Wilhelm scream' of the gaming industry.

Year 2035:

"At this point in the game, you need to put in a Callen Crash(TM) effect.  That will really tie the whole game together."

- Don

This is the game I needed right now.

Cute game!

Nate,

At least put a "Pay What You Want" on this...

Enjoyed meeting you at AwesomeCon
