This is a cool game! I'd love to see it expanded upon!
Two things I think would really help it are a different background and sounds. Since this game takes place in space, you could have something like stars in the background. It doesn't make the most sense for stars to move quickly, but if your character is moving on a blank background and there are no other items on screen you don't have much of a sense of movement. For the first few seconds I wondered if my controls did anything.
Second is sound effects! You have good screen shake going on, but the most effective thing for game feel is audio. A nice sound when you shoot, destroy an enemy, eat an asteroid, and take damage yourself would make a ton of difference.
Awesome job!
Great concept! Aside from already-mentioned bugs, it's pretty solid. I'd recommend swapping the colors of the asteroids, as green is usually used for healing. Also......please change the music. It hurt my ears ;w;
Fun shooter, I started feeling a little cramped, but what are you gonna do when you scale that much. Good game!
Cool lil shooter! Like everyone said the bullet got offset and made it hard to fire at the enemies but still fun! It felt like agario with the things I had to collect to get bigger.
I managed to get 56 points! Fun game but I think that the bullet spawn offset is broken since when you get big they spawn pretty far from the player. Cool concept though!!
I managed a score of 48. At some point I felt like I could not defend myself anymore, since the projectiles were spawning to far away to hit the enemies :(
difficult to navigate at first but i got used to it pretty fast. good idea !
