How does your game fit the theme?
For scale we chose to work with musical scales. In this "Simon says" game you just play along the music that is being presented to you. Pick the correct note while remaining in scale. This game will put to the test, whether or not you are "Built to Scale".

The idea to play with music scale sounds nice but i don't understand what i'm supposed to do either. The music played doesn't seem to match the music sheet i have in front of my eyes. It would have been also useful to show which character is playing the music at a given time, i think it's first the enemy that plays a melody and then my character that tries to mimic it and I have to pick the right note before the end, but if the sheet doesn't match with what i hear, it becomes very confusing :/ (Maybe i'm wrong, sorry it was difficult to follow, everything goes fast)
This seems so cool, but I had a hard time figuring out what (and when) I was supposed to do anything.
I feel like this game would be super fun with a tutorial/a bit more explanation of the mechanics, even if just on the itch.io game page description. I didn't really know what to do. Besides, the idea is nice!
I don't really get it. I need to guess notes, or i need first to listen the melody and then put the right note on repeat? Also timing is not clear. Maybe my musical ear is not just good enough 🙄
But i like the idea of musical scales! And music is nice
Try my game too, please :3
Very interesting take on the theme this year, I enjoyed playing it. keep up thegood work
