really well made game! the art style + ui worked together super well, and the main menu screen is hilarious. the gameplay loop does a great job of capturing the stressful experience of being a hiring manager, and i liked how the screen slowly became overrun by scrapped and released projects! after playing fora while, its funny how the employees slowly became nothing more than just numbers, especially with salaries and load amounts, and trying to match personalities while reaching the load requirement was a fun mental exercise. uniquely ambitious!
I like the concept a lot, very relatable. Unfortunately, I couldn't play much, the balancing felt absent. But I see the potential and I appreciate that you went for something ambitious :D
Good job everyone!
Be sure to check mine:)
The concept and mechanics are great.
Morever the graphics are amazing, a little more features can make it amazing
Great artwork, an indicator when I lose would be handy
great artwork, would be nice if it was clear what I was looking for. and i don't know if I was just unlucky or never understood the game but i never seemed to have the employees I had to fulfill the load.
interesting concept though, good job!
The art direction definitely caught my eye! I loved keeping track of everything & the penalties were super encouraging, because it made me want to retry. Great game & I can't wait to see any updates for this game!
It feels a bit hard to track everything happening, and I've got mixed feelings on the long required reading - it could benefit from a tutorial, or in the very least a safer starting environment that makes it harder to make bad decisions, and gives less penalty for making bad decisions - other than that, I think the visuals and mechanics are interesting, and could definitely see this as a full release, just not as a jam game :P
The game looks like it has complex numbers going on which is interesting. My favourite part about this game is definitely the visuals!
