i fell through the ground but pretty fun! nice voice acting ;-)
Loved the game! very fun, the voice acting too! omg it gave the game so much flavour. i think i saw you saying you voiced it yourself in the server, im impressed.
the controls somehow works! it took me a short while but got the hang of it quite fast. one thing i would like to have in the game is block snapping which is if we had a block on top of another we can hold the bottom block and it still moves the the top one too, but for a jam game im not disappointed it doesnt have that feature. the whole thing is really impressive its mind boggling how you managed to make this in such a short time! im still trying to think how you probably made this.
the game has so much potential and i love the little "story" ? or "plot"? that was going on!
Really fun! The mouse sensitivity option came in handy :)
Pretty fun! Good concept, and I can tell that the control mechanisms were well-thought out and well-mapped. I'm impressed that I was able to do so much with just left- and right-click. There's a bit of 3D jank, which is to be expected with a project like this, but I quite liked the end result.
Thanks a lot ! Yeah the scaling bit was a tad hard because of all the rotation changing all the axes.
Every Collision was really hard because i needed to not have rigid bodies over my cubes to be able to scale them correctly and not push other blocks out of the world lol. I could just reverted to their position before it entered inside a block but it just blocked it without being able to move it anymore. It was a real challenge i overcame, but with the price of juice, visual and the rest of my game idea
Very cool concept! It fit the theme well and was relatively entertaining. however I was fighting with the controls the entire time while playing. I feel your work could be elevated were you to either improve the way you make first person movement, or consider alternative player controllers. Something like a purely mechanical orbital camera would have fit nicely.
Regardless, it was a commendable effort for your first time, and I look forward to seeing your future improvement. Good job.
Honestly yeah everything regarding the player is knda broken lol, like all the jumps and all, but the scaling bit was really hard to make in order to produce something clean enough and functionnal but thank you a lot for your review and i'll make sure to partake in the next one !
