I like the idea and how it fits with the theme of the game jam. Cool idea with the man walking in front.

Thanks a lot !

I really like this idea, it's super creative and your level design has a lot of charm.  I love your use of everyday objects and little touches like if you hit the sink handle the water turns on, and the man crossing into the foreground.

I do this this game is a bit too punishing however.  For a game jam you want to try and lean on the easy side, and remember you will always be better at your game than your players.   I think I'd start by adding a little coyote time to the character, and make it so when you tap jump it jumps a certain height and hold jump it jumps a little higher.

I got really stuck at this pictured part.  When you fall down here your jump isn't high enough to get back up.  I eventually found that if you jump on the fridge handle you bounce up, but there was nothing signaling me to try it.  I found it totally on accident.

Great submission though, I would love to see more!

yeah i didn't knew how to put the door handle more visible, so i tried to make it darker a bit, thanks a lot for the review, and i'll try to ajust difficulty next time :) Thanks a lot though, means a lot, have a great day

I liked it, but it seems a little complicated

Cute game, good art and good music! I do feel like it a bit too punishing however, and it's not clear to me what objects I can interact with or how exactly to proceed from time to time.

okok i got that a lot, appreciate it :)

First obstacle is pretty darn hard, but I love the general style of the game! The way the character occasionally runs in front of the screen brings joy I cant quite place.

I really enjoyed your use of scale! when it zooms out when you jump on the toaster is a really cool effect! The art was great and the game was really charming. Controls and collisions felt like they could be fine tuned a bit more. Really cute, well made game!!!:))

Thanks a lot I was scared it was too much of a "fit the theme" mechanic more than something fun, glad it seems to work
