Very cool what you've managed to create within such limitations! It's a little repetitive but I had fun just placing tiles and making it look nice. My total score would sometimes flip to a negative number, so maybe a bug? It was -28000 and then when I got to 30000 it flipped back to positive. Had a lot of fun with it, great job!

Thanks you for your feedback :) Integer are coded in 16bits signed in PICO-8 (-32000 to 32000) I saw that too late ^^’

Really like the retro style with PICO-8, and the music was nice too! I found it very confusing at first but it was pretty fun once I got the hang of it. Nice work :)

Interesting take, and I love the pico-8 look-and-feel :D

I’m not great at these types of games, but it was hard to see if there were ever good choices to make; disasters just kept on befalling me - but that was fun, in it’s own way…

Thanks you for your feedback ^^

The concept is nice, it certainly does seem like most of the events are disasters haha. I would say that it felt as though my actions didn't have a significant enough impact on what was happening for it to feel like it mattered where I placed the tiles? But I think with a larger variety of tiles, and perhaps tiles that can also interact with one another in equally varied ways, there could be more strategy you could explore out of it. I like the art though, the tiles do a good job communicating what they represent!

You are right, I imagined a lot of interactions between the tiles, but I didn’t have enough time ^^’. I think that after the tutorial and the user interface to better understand the goal, the feeling of not being able to control what happens is the biggest problem of this game. Thanks you for your feedback

I've no idea what is going on  :'D And I'm not sure how it fits the theme. Also the controls work in reverse: Up Arrow is going down, Left Arrow is goind right etc. But I really like the visuals and sfx.

Developer(+1)

Because you think the island is moving but in fact it’s the cursor ^^’ The game needs a tutorial and a better user interface to better understand the goal, I understand. The theme here is about things around dice, I think it’s a good idea to explore the theme not too literally. Thanks for your feedback
